Over the last few years we’ve basically had to manage most of our customer interaction through a process of manual hurdles. Not only was this time consuming, it gradually started to develop into a organised mess.
With the new system in place we should now be able to manage all customer related questions with ease and also streamline our customer interactions.
For obvious reasons the end user will need to be registered on Vertigo Studios and also provide sales details regarding the product they are requesting support for. We ask all customers to update there links as the new support page can be located here : www.vertigostudios.co.uk/customer-support
The new system will allow the end user to effortlessly submit support tickets and also view the new FAQ’s
