Over the last few years we’ve basically had to manage most of our customer interaction through a process of manual hurdles. Not only was this time consuming, it gradually started to develop into a organised mess.
With the new system in place we should now be able to manage all customer related questions with ease and also streamline our customer interactions.

The new system will allow the end user to effortlessly submit support tickets and also view the new FAQ’s
