Shareware and Download products are none returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise indicated. Any labour, installation services and shipping charges are non-refundable. The serial code we will send you is a personal code, it is sold to you personally and can not be shared, swapped or sold.
Support Cover – Software Products
Support cover is provided through our support desk during normal working hours. No support is available outside of working hours. Support is available from Monday to Friday 1000 hrs to 1800hrs GMT
We do not provide support for customization related questions e.g. config file and airfiles and do not support any problems as a result of modifications you have made to the service/product. We may require you to upgrade to the latest stable version of our products before providing support since bug fixes may solve the problems you are experiencing.
We supply each customer a means of downloading files that they have purchased via our on-line store. Each file downloaded by our customers is there responsibility to archive for future installation needs. Each customer is granted 3 downloads per product.
If your order isn’t processed immediately and you’ve used PayPal services, please contact support for further assistance.
Please allow up to 24hrs for all order to be processed as we’re located in the UK.

Personal Information you Choose to Provide
When you visit our Web site you may provide us with two types of information:

Licensee may download, install, setup and use the software on one licensed PC / Laptop. Any person or entity who obtains or uses a copy of the software under or through this agreement agrees to be bound thereby. The Software is licensed only to the Licensee. Licensee may not rent, lease, sub-license, sell, assign, pledge, transfer or otherwise dispose of the Software in any form, on a temporary or permanent basis, without prior written consent from our sales department.
The software is protected under British, European and International laws. This agreement does not convey to the licensee an interest in or to the software, but only a limited right to use the software, revocable in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
Limitation of liability
Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or data use. Our maximum liability for any damages whether in contract or tort will not exceed the fees which you have paid to us or are payable to us for this order, and if such damages result from your use of the software or technical support, the liability shall be limited to the fees paid or payable for the software or technical support.
If you use this site and relevant services/products, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password and license details. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Vertigo Studios reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
